Lead and supervise junior technicians to install and vulcanize heavy-duty conveyor belts, perform hot/cold/mechanical splicing, pulley lagging, repair fasteners, rubber lining, operate rubber-processing equipment, ensure safety compliance, and travel regularly to customer sites (quarries, mines, cement plants).

Support marketing functions including inventory management, SKU pricing support, event planning and execution, print and digital marketing production, vendor coordination, and competitive market analysis to drive brand visibility and sales.

Drive territory sales for conveyor belting solutions across South East Ontario.
