Teams at American Express Global Business Travel

Manage a portfolio of $1M–$10M corporate travel clients to drive retention, profitability, and growth. Develop strategic client business plans, oversee contracts/P&L, lead RFPs, deliver business reviews, ensure high satisfaction scores, and identify upsell opportunities. Coordinate surveys, service delivery, and client communications; travel as needed.

Provide remote corporate travel advisory and booking for domestic and international air, road, rail, and accommodations. Use Sabre GDS, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, anticipate traveler needs to upsell services, resolve customer issues, and collaborate to coach and improve team service levels. Work flexible shifts including evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Manage privileged accounts, secrets, access policies, and privileged sessions within CyberArk Privilege Cloud. Lead account, server, application, and secret onboarding; conduct access reviews, audits, compliance reporting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution. Identify and mitigate security risks, maintain documentation, train users, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors. The role also supports scripting, cloud environments, SIEM tools, and global operational requirements.
