Advise corporate travelers and arrange air, road, rail, and accommodation bookings using GDS tools such as Amadeus. Provide professional telephone support, follow travel and regulatory policies, resolve customer and supplier issues, protect traveler information, and collaborate with teammates to improve service quality. The role is fully remote in Poland, with two months of training including time in Warsaw.

Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud for a global commercial team. Build flows and automation, manage integrations, support deployments with Gearset, resolve Tier 2 issues, document processes, improve security and access, and collaborate with product, development, QA, and Scrum teams. The role also supports opportunity management, lead routing, forecasting, territories, quote-to-cash processes, and occasional post-deployment hypercare.

Deliver tailored training and onboarding for Egencia clients, conduct platform demonstrations and public trainings, manage demo requests, and support adoption. Partner with Sales, Account Management, Implementation, Product, and Technology teams to translate platform capabilities, integrations, and configurations into business value. Provide technical guidance on APIs, HR feeds, and system connectivity, maintain platform expertise, train internal teams, and support customers across global time zones.
