As a Travel Counselor, you'll provide outstanding service to corporate clients by arranging travel, ensuring compliance with policies, and anticipating traveler needs. You'll collaborate with your team while working flexible hours to meet client demands.

Provide remote corporate travel consultancy in German and English: advise and arrange travel (air, road, rail, accommodation), use GDS/Amadeus, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, resolve customer issues via phone, collaborate with team, and complete initial training including in-office weeks in Warsaw.

Produce and maintain short- and long-term call center forecasts using econometric and historical data, update forecasting models in Anaplan/Excel, coordinate staffing reviews, analyze process improvements, present results, and partner with operations and customer service to optimize productivity.
