Manage end-to-end venue and meeting sourcing: lead client calls, conduct RFPs, negotiate pricing and cancellations with suppliers, oversee billing and program outcomes, build supplier relationships, support onboarding and continuous improvement.

Lead the Oil & Gas client relationship to optimize travel and technology solutions, manage budgets and contracts, drive renewals and profitability, coordinate internal teams, support sales and C-level engagements, and deliver data-driven performance improvements.
