Provides operational and strategic support for corporate travel clients, including case management, platform administration, implementation of tools and processes, supplier-rate troubleshooting, reporting, travel-program data analysis, and selected project management. The role advocates for clients, communicates product enhancements, resolves issues, and collaborates with internal teams to improve travel-program performance and client satisfaction.

Own monthly P&L reporting, create and maintain Power BI dashboards, support budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis, build financial models and automation, partner with regional finance teams, and drive process improvements.

Lead operational integrity, governance and stability of the OneStream FP&A platform. Own platform health, upgrades, metadata management, reconciliations with source systems, SOX/ITGC controls, change governance, vendor management, and team capability building to reduce external dependency.
