Leads full-cycle recruiting across a multi-location organization, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding handoff. Focuses on hard-to-fill skilled-trade and technical roles while supporting sales, office, and management hiring. Manages recruiting staff, ATS workflows, vendors, compliance, budgets, employer branding, hiring-manager training, and recruiting metrics. The role is onsite five days per week with travel to company locations, schools, and career fairs as needed.

Leads the Project Management function by managing and developing Project Managers, overseeing portfolio performance, and standardizing project delivery practices. Ensures on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes through PMI principles, Lean Six Sigma, QMS, risk management, resource planning, and process improvement. Partners with cross-functional teams, provides executive-level project visibility, manages customer and government-facility requirements, and supports talent acquisition and succession planning.

Leads full-cycle recruiting across multiple branches and business units, primarily for skilled trades, field service, manufacturing, and technical roles. Partners with operations leaders, develops sourcing strategies, builds talent pipelines, screens candidates, coordinates interviews, supports offers and negotiations, tracks recruiting metrics, ensures employment-law compliance, and supports employer branding and community recruiting initiatives.

Develop and manage customer relationships across an assigned territory, generate sales opportunities, maintain a pipeline, prepare proposals and quotes, negotiate pricing, and coordinate pre- and post-sales support. Demonstrate rigging and lifting products, provide training and inspection services, attend trade events, monitor market trends, and collaborate with customer service and operations. Frequent travel to clients is required.

Produces fabrication drawings and submittals for overhead crane projects, creates bills of materials, supports steel quoting, reviews departmental drawings, maintains project documentation, follows ISO quality procedures, and collaborates with Engineering, Sales, and Project Management. On-the-job drafting and quality management training are provided.

Leads multidisciplinary mechanical and electrical design teams supporting custom overhead crane systems. Responsibilities include managing personnel, overseeing design deliverables, migrating workflows from 2D drafting to 3D modeling, establishing CAD standards, improving engineering processes, and partnering with manufacturing and project teams. The role drives digital transformation, continuous improvement, design-for-manufacturability, resource planning, and scalable Engineer-to-Order design operations.

Manage lean manufacturing projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring scope, schedules, budgets, quality, materials, and customer commitments are controlled. Lead internal teams and vendors, manage risks, change orders, engineering submittals, documentation, and costs using PMI principles, Microsoft Project, QMS procedures, and Lean Six Sigma practices. The role is onsite Monday through Friday with occasional travel.
