Lead Lean transformation across manufacturing and office functions by conducting Gemba Walks, Kaizen events, and process analysis. Design and implement process improvements, develop standard work and value stream maps, apply industrial engineering methods and time studies, establish KPIs and dashboards, coach teams on Lean tools, and quantify operational and financial impacts to improve productivity, quality, safety, and employee engagement.

Provide administrative support to the service team: answer phones, process inspection and service reports, handle purchase orders, file management, data entry, mailing/shipping, and customer calls in an office environment.

Design custom crane systems and components using SolidWorks; produce 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, perform field surveys and inspections, support continuous improvement, and maintain ISO quality procedures and job documentation.
