Maintains program roadmaps, work plans, dependencies, risks, and governance standards while facilitating cross-functional decisions and readiness reviews. Leads vendor evaluations and supports executive and Board-level reporting.

Leads complex pavement engineering projects for roadways, airports, and industrial infrastructure. Responsibilities include advanced pavement design, forensic failure investigations, materials evaluation, technical report review, client management, project oversight, regulatory compliance, business development, and mentoring engineers. Requires PE licensure, advanced pavement software expertise, and at least eight years of experience. The role operates across office, field, laboratory, and construction-site environments.

Manage accounts receivable processes, including cash application, invoice review, collections, reconciliations, aging analysis, discrepancy resolution, and client communications. Maintain accurate ERP records, support month-end close, evaluate bad debt, provide cash flow and collections insights, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls. Collaborate with project accounting, finance, operations, and clients to resolve billing issues and improve receivables processes.
