Senior geotechnical engineer responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects, directing field teams, performing geotechnical observations and analyses, preparing and reviewing technical reports, and ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role also includes client interaction, budgeting, scheduling, business development, proposal preparation, staff coaching, and technical presentations. Frequent regional travel and outdoor fieldwork are required.

Assists senior project managers with planning, scheduling, resource allocation, documentation, sample coordination, client updates, safety compliance, and quality standards for construction materials testing projects. The role coordinates field and laboratory teams, tracks project data and milestones, and supports communication with clients and internal stakeholders. It is primarily office-based with frequent visits to active construction sites and requires adherence to safety protocols and PPE use.

Manages large-scope and high-risk projects from proposal through completion, coordinating teams, budgets, contracts, invoices, documentation, risks, and client communications. The role also develops client relationships, markets company services, supports strategic growth, and may provide technical expertise for engineering projects. It requires independent decision-making, financial oversight, stakeholder communication, and occasional field work.
