Leads the Credit Union’s full Lending function, including real estate, consumer, business, credit cards, servicing, collections, administration, and lending systems. Develops strategy, manages risk, drives growth and profitability, oversees regulatory and audit outcomes, manages vendors, and ensures strong member experiences. Leads subordinate managers across multiple lending units, develops talent, collaborates with executive leadership and the Board, and represents the organization in community and industry settings.

Supports the EVP, Chief Strategy & Revenue Officer, and senior leaders across Marketing, Digital, Finance, and Risk. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel coordination, email and meeting management, expense reporting, board and committee support, confidential correspondence, document maintenance, data accuracy, report and presentation preparation, research, meeting minutes, and process improvement. The role also uses authorized AI tools to automate administrative tasks and requires strong organization, discretion, communication, and advanced PowerPoint skills.
