Support the FLEX Hub Director to implement FLEX and FLEX Abroad in Georgia: recruit and manage host families and schools, coordinate travel and visas, run testing and orientations, facilitate language instruction and cultural activities, promote the program, and provide ongoing participant and alumni support.

Lead American Councils programs in Georgia, overseeing staff, operations, finance, compliance, and external relations with U.S. Embassy and local partners. Manage program delivery, business development, recruitment cycles, alumni relations, crisis response, and ensure legal and donor compliance.

The Senior Program Manager will coordinate implementation of the U.S. LEADS Program, managing operations, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring compliance.
