Teams at American Councils for International Education

Manage and deliver IVLP program design and logistics for 70–120 international participants yearly. Coordinate with State Department and community partners, arrange itineraries and meetings, oversee budgets and reporting, supervise program coordinators, prepare materials, facilitate meetings (virtual/in-person), and ensure program goals and participant support. Occasional travel required.

Coordinate logistical and financial components of short-term international exchange visits, manage budgets and payments, arrange travel and lodging, support virtual and in-person events, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, and provide administrative and tech support for 70–120 participants annually.

Manage Tallinn office operations and finances during a maternity leave cover, coordinate programs and events for U.S.-Estonia exchanges, liaise with regional and Washington colleagues, handle budgets, reporting, communications, participant logistics, and stakeholder engagement.
