Teams at American Councils for International Education

Lead workshops for international high school exchange students in Washington, DC. Teach American history, government, innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership; facilitate classroom sessions, seminars, museum and monument visits, and group discussions. Instructors must present information nonpartisanly, support student cohesion, live onsite during workshops, assist with evening supervision, and complete required training.

Supports nationwide implementation of the FLEX exchange program through student recruitment, testing, interviews, orientations, participant travel logistics, records management, visa processes, and partner communications. Assists with outreach, social media, promotional materials, alumni events, grants, budgeting, expense tracking, financial reporting, and payments. The role requires strong Romanian and English communication, organization, relationship-building, problem-solving, and independent work skills.
