Ten-week finance internship providing training in direct-to-consumer finance, client-facing and operational functions, client experience projects, networking, presentations, and preparation for the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials exam. Interns receive mentorship and exposure to financial-services career opportunities. The role is based onsite in Kansas City, Missouri, runs 40 hours weekly, and is intended for rising undergraduate seniors graduating between December 2027 and spring 2028.

Supports and improves client-facing web, mobile, and marketing technology platforms through troubleshooting, production support, release validation, coding, testing, documentation, monitoring, and reliability improvements. Collaborates with engineering, product, QA, UX, marketing, sales, and support teams while developing skills in modern web technologies, APIs, cloud platforms, observability, secure coding, accessibility, and AI-assisted engineering.

Investment Representatives support retail investors through inbound calls, handling transactions, account management, troubleshooting, and client inquiries. They develop knowledge of investment products, policies, tax implications, and financial services while cultivating client relationships and identifying relevant investment and sales opportunities. The role includes paid preparation for SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licensing, five weeks of classroom training, structured scheduling, and a potential hybrid schedule after proficiency is demonstrated.
