Provides front-desk customer service in a student housing community. Welcomes and assists residents and guests, supports check-in and check-out, manages equipment issuance, maintains administrative logs, communicates policies, monitors community standards and quiet hours, reports safety or maintenance concerns, and assists with emergency procedures and property security checks.

Serve as interim General Manager supporting daily property operations, financial oversight, marketing and leasing, facilities management, and on-site team leadership. Travel extensively to manage occupancy goals, supervise staff, recruit, and coordinate with regional and corporate teams.

Lead daily operations of a student or multifamily housing community, supervising resident experience, facilities, leasing, and admin teams to meet occupancy, financial, and service goals; manage budgets, compliance, maintenance, leasing, and on-call emergency response.
