Lead and coordinate crisis and incident communications across internal and external stakeholders. Draft and approve messaging, manage agencies, monitor reputational risk and social media, track incident trends, conduct post-incident reviews, and maintain crisis plans, playbooks, and escalation workflows to support timely response and recovery.

Build and maintain financial models and forecasts, analyze historical operating performance and variances, prepare monthly and annual budgets and reporting, support a property portfolio, ensure SOX compliance, liaise with cross-functional stakeholders, and assist leadership with team development and IT budgeting processes.

Lead and deliver technology-enabled projects and programs, managing scope, schedule, budgets, vendors, risks, and stakeholder alignment. Create project plans, requirements, user stories, UML diagrams, test cases, and deployment artifacts. Oversee ERP Finance/HR implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and contribute to PMO practices and continuous improvement.

Perform front-desk and general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, copying, answering and transferring calls, taking and delivering messages, assisting customers, and monitoring mail/package delivery, building access, and visitors.

Lead revenue analytics, forecasting, and executive reporting for portfolio performance. Produce standardized and ad hoc reports, ensure data integrity across systems (RevBeds, PLMS, FP&A), translate analysis into executive narratives, support pricing strategy and forecasting cycles, and drive automation and process improvements to scale reporting and systems.

Greet visitors, manage a multi-line phone system, take and route messages, provide general information and directions, maintain mail and office supplies, and update travel calendars. Serve as a property representative and comply with recording policy.

Own and execute portfolio-level revenue, pricing, and occupancy strategies for student housing. Validate RMS outputs against BI and market data, manage forecasting and reporting, allocate inventory, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize revenue and pricing execution.

Lead all aspects of a high-value student housing community: oversee financial performance, leasing and marketing, facilities operations, vendor contracts, resident experience, and a on-site team. Develop and execute operational strategies, ensure regulatory and company policy compliance, manage budgets, and serve as the primary on-site university and vendor liaison. Live on-site and participate in on-call emergency response.
