Manage accounts receivable for resident accounts: post rents/fees/payments, reconcile daily card/ACH/returned check transactions, maintain collections system and delinquency processes, perform financial transaction audits, and support resident move-in/transfer/move-out accounting procedures.

Lead revenue analytics, forecasting, and executive reporting for portfolio performance. Produce standardized and ad hoc reports, ensure data integrity across systems (RevBeds, PLMS, FP&A), translate analysis into executive narratives, support pricing strategy and forecasting cycles, and drive automation and process improvements to scale reporting and systems.

Build and maintain financial models and forecasts, analyze historical operating performance and variances, prepare monthly and annual budgets and reporting, support a property portfolio, ensure SOX compliance, liaise with cross-functional stakeholders, and assist leadership with team development and IT budgeting processes.
