Provides front-desk customer service in a student housing community. Welcomes and assists residents and guests, supports check-in and check-out, manages equipment issuance, maintains administrative logs, communicates policies, monitors community standards and quiet hours, reports safety or maintenance concerns, and assists with emergency procedures and property security checks.

Build and maintain financial models and forecasts, analyze historical operating performance and variances, prepare monthly and annual budgets and reporting, support a property portfolio, ensure SOX compliance, liaise with cross-functional stakeholders, and assist leadership with team development and IT budgeting processes.

Serve as interim General Manager supporting daily property operations, financial oversight, marketing and leasing, facilities management, and on-site team leadership. Travel extensively to manage occupancy goals, supervise staff, recruit, and coordinate with regional and corporate teams.
