Supervise and support Expanded Services representatives to ensure efficient order/inventory/eCommerce support for sales associates. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, performance management, escalation handling, process improvement, cross-training, hiring input, and coordinating with other departments to maintain service quality and revenue.

Provide account management and order support for sales associates in promotional products and print solutions. Tasks include order entry, vendor sourcing and follow-up, inventory and eCommerce management, customer communication and issue resolution, reporting, and occasional travel to conferences and tradeshows to support sales growth and client satisfaction.

Coordinate and process sales orders, vendor invoices, and inventory documents; enter and tag orders in systems; match invoices and packing slips; invoice customers; communicate status and resolve discrepancies with vendors, sales associates and internal teams; run reports and assist inventory reconciliation and credit memos.
