Administers sales commissions, customer rebates, and gross profit split agreements. Validates commission calculations, processes system and manual entries, maintains compensation systems and documentation, supports sales and home office teams, prepares financial reports, and assists with system testing and finance projects. Ensures accuracy, approvals, and compliance with financial controls and policies.

Supports sales associates and clients in the print and promotional products industry. Processes orders, obtains vendor quotes, manages inventory and vendor relationships, tracks fulfillment, resolves billing and delivery issues, and provides pricing, reporting, and account support. Helps develop client relationships, identify growth opportunities, maintain eCommerce programs, and deliver product recommendations. Provides training to expanded service specialists and occasionally travels to conferences and vendor trade shows.

Processes sales orders, vendor invoices, inventory documents, and customer billing. Tracks order status, reconciles invoices and packing slips, researches discrepancies, prepares credit memo information, and maintains order and shipping reports. Communicates with vendors, clients, sales associates, finance, inventory, warehouse, and home office teams to resolve missing documentation and support accurate, timely fulfillment.
