Requires strong vendor and customer relationship management, order processing, and industry knowledge.

Builds and maintains customer e-commerce websites using proprietary software and spreadsheet-based project information. Updates products, customers, locations, content, and site features; responds to tickets and customer inquiries; supports associates; coordinates with sales, graphics, partners, and customer service; tests integrations and templates; and prepares implementation documentation. The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, communication, proofreading, prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple projects without close supervision.

Manage print, promotional product, direct mail, kitting, fulfillment, inventory, and distribution programs for a high-volume retail client. Responsibilities include order processing, vendor sourcing and coordination, project tracking, direct mail administration, issue resolution, financial support, reporting, and client relationship management. The role supports sales associates and clients while coordinating complex projects, monitoring delivery timelines, and identifying marketing solutions. Local travel within the Nashville area is required as needed.
