Creates print and digital sales collateral, marketing content, social media materials, videos, photography, and branded promotional tools. Maintains brand standards, supports website and communications initiatives, manages Associate Store products, advises sales associates on marketing strategies, and presents marketing trainings. Coordinates cross-functional projects, vendor relationships, events, and human-centered AI process improvements. Hybrid work in Glenwood, Minnesota includes travel to conferences and trade shows two to four times annually.

Coordinate and process sales orders, vendor invoices, and inventory documents; enter and tag orders in systems; match invoices and packing slips; invoice customers; communicate status and resolve discrepancies with vendors, sales associates and internal teams; run reports and assist inventory reconciliation and credit memos.
