Lead architecture, technical direction, implementation, and delivery across Scripture-centered web and mobile products. Translate product concepts into technical plans, review code and vendor work, ensure quality and security, and guide scalable serverless solutions. Guide software and infrastructure decisions, diagnose technical issues, improve application performance and security, participate in Agile delivery, mentor engineers, conduct constructive code reviews, document systems, and lead AI-enabled software engineering improvements.

Supports nonprofit fundraising operations through Salesforce donor data maintenance, prospect identification, preliminary research, reporting, list preparation, wealth-screening support, and administrative coordination. The role ensures accurate donor records, tracks giving and engagement history, prepares prospect materials, and provides operational support to development and research staff. It requires strong attention to detail, data-management skills, CRM familiarity, Excel proficiency, and alignment with the organization’s Christian mission.

Leads enterprise talent acquisition and workforce planning for a faith-based organization. Oversees recruiting strategy, team leadership, employer branding, sourcing, succession planning, headcount forecasting, workforce analytics, and staffing recommendations. Partners with senior leadership, Finance, and HR to align hiring with strategy, budgets, organizational capacity, compliance, and mission. Requires strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Leads American Bible Society’s multi-channel mass fundraising strategy, budget, campaigns, donor acquisition, retention, stewardship, recurring giving, performance analysis, and agency relationships. Oversees multi-million-dollar revenue plans, reports fundraising metrics to executive leadership, collaborates across Development, Marketing, Finance, Ministry, IT, and Legal, and manages the mass fundraising team. Requires strong strategic leadership, fundraising expertise, donor analytics, campaign optimization, and commitment to Christian beliefs and the organization’s mission.
