Lead architecture, technical direction, implementation, and delivery across Scripture-centered web and mobile products. Translate product concepts into technical plans, review code and vendor work, ensure quality and security, and guide scalable serverless solutions. Mentor engineers, promote development and DevOps best practices, support AI adoption, and collaborate with product managers, ministry leaders, stakeholders, and external partners. The role is a remote individual-contributor position requiring occasional domestic travel and U.S. work eligibility.

Supports the planned giving program through donor inquiry management, briefing materials, CRM documentation, marketing campaigns, Legacy Society stewardship, reporting, and coordination with Finance, Legal, Donor Services, vendors, and fundraising teams. The role helps cultivate and steward legacy donors, track planned gift activity, prepare donor-friendly communications, improve workflows, and ensure accurate processing of gift agreements and estate gifts. Strong communication, organization, Salesforce proficiency, and willingness to develop planned giving expertise are required.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications supporting Scripture access. Guide software and infrastructure decisions, diagnose technical issues, improve application performance and security, participate in Agile delivery, mentor engineers, conduct constructive code reviews, document systems, and lead AI-enabled software engineering improvements.
