Supports dining operations in a senior living community by assisting with meal preparation, setting up dining areas, serving residents and visitors, delivering meal trays, performing light food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and following food safety standards. Provides friendly customer service and helps create a welcoming dining experience for residents, families, and guests.

Leads sales and marketing for a senior living community, driving occupancy across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Responsibilities include conducting tours, guiding families, building referral relationships, managing CRM leads and follow-up, planning outreach events, supporting sales strategy and census goals, and coordinating applications and move-ins. Requires at least one year of sales or marketing experience, strong communication skills, fluency in English, and independent scheduling ability.

Prepares and portions meals, sets up dining areas, serves and delivers resident meal trays, follows food safety and special diet instructions, and cleans kitchen and dining spaces. The role also supports a welcoming mealtime experience for residents and guests. A high school diploma or GED is required; dietary aide, food service, or healthcare-setting experience is preferred.
