Greet and assist customers, maintain a clean and presentable property, know local streets and landmarks, be punctual and in uniform, communicate effectively. Must have HS diploma/GED, valid driver’s license with clean MVR, be 21+, and pass background and drug screens. Benefits after probation and 401(k) after one year.

Perform routine property and parking-lot checks, assist customers, maintain cleanliness and presentation of the property, follow uniform and attendance standards, and comply with background and drug-screening requirements.

Provide event cash handling and customer service at parking events. Work part-time (up to ~25 hrs/week) with flexible availability for days, nights, and weekends. Preferred prior cash handling/customer service experience. Must pass background check and drug screen.

Patrol downtown parking garages and lots to maintain security and assist customers. Full-time and weekend shifts available. Candidates must be 21+, pass a background check and drug screen, and have a clean driving record. Previous security experience preferred; benefits available after probation.
