Manage facility operations and preventive maintenance programs, oversee mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, optimize CMMS workflows, lead budgeting and vendor contracts, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, supervise technicians, implement predictive maintenance and sustainability initiatives, and maintain client relationships.

Lead administration of Bastille WIDS platform, run monitoring & response for wireless threats, analyze RF activity and unauthorized signals, direct location/identification using DF equipment, develop WIDS procedures and reports, coordinate with government and engineering stakeholders, supervise geographically dispersed teams, ensure DoD/IC policy compliance, and support deployments and continuous improvement.

Coordinate and maintain personnel schedules, ensure contract coverage, provide on-site operational leadership and logistical support for physical security services, track radio equipment, prepare operational reports, enforce policies and security standards, mentor staff, and safeguard PII while delivering customer-focused solutions.
