Manages engineering projects for NASA deep-space exploration, including flight hardware development, manufacturing, testing, certification, troubleshooting, and mission delivery. Leads matrix teams, mentors project engineers, manages cost, schedule, risks, customer relationships, and coordinates engineering activities across the product lifecycle.

Manages logistics operations for military equipment, including warehouse receipt, inventory, storage, assembly, packaging, shipping, property accountability, fielding, repair coordination, reporting, and lifecycle cost analysis. Oversees logistics support personnel, training, supply forecasting, government-owned assets, and coordination with Army organizations. Requires occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel and an active Secret clearance.

Conducts all-source counterintelligence research and analysis to identify foreign intelligence entity threats to DoD, DCSA, cleared industry, personnel, technologies, and supply chains. Produces threat information reports, intelligence products, briefings, and stakeholder communications; researches classified and unclassified sources; tracks cases and actions in government systems; and supports senior officials, collectors, operators, and law enforcement organizations. Requires active TS/SCI clearance, substantial analytical experience, and regular in-office work.
