Provides autonomous HR support for defense infrastructure programs across Australian and U.S. jurisdictions. Advises managers on employee and industrial relations, oversees HR workflows, audits compensation and personnel data, maintains compliance records, improves localized policies and procedures, and supports confidentiality, safety, and workforce continuity. The role requires Workday or equivalent HRIS expertise, Australian and U.S. labor-law knowledge, strong communication skills, an Australian driver’s license, and eligibility for security clearance.

Administer and optimize SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases, including capacity planning, monitoring, backups, recovery, high availability, performance tuning, and data loads. Support IT infrastructure, troubleshoot systems, manage configuration and change processes, and design, develop, and maintain cloud-based database applications. Requires extensive software development and database administration experience, familiarity with Linux and Windows, and TS/SCI with Poly clearance.

Designs, implements, administers, and maintains enterprise infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and identity platforms in classified environments. Manages Cisco UCS, Windows Server, Active Directory, storage, backups, disaster recovery, upgrades, patching, and migrations. Troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues, supports cybersecurity remediation and system hardening, develops technical documentation, evaluates improvements, and mentors junior engineers. The role is fully onsite, includes occasional after-hours maintenance, and requires TS/SCI clearance plus IAT3 certifications.
