Support accounts receivable/payable, client invoicing, expense management, and financial project administration. Perform reconciliations, assist with month-end journal entries and tax prep, manage project and CRM setup, and support financial communications and reporting.

Consult on and implement Salesforce solutions (primarily Sales Cloud) for clients: administer systems, automate processes with Flow, build reports/dashboards, run discovery workshops, translate requirements, support integrations and data management, and train users.

Serve as client-facing consultant managing multiple projects: oversee timelines, budgets, scope, and teams; diagnose people/process/system gaps; design and sell solutions; lead presentations; build client relationships and grow accounts; mentor team members.
