What We Do
AMEND is a mid-market management consulting firm dedicated to building unbeatable businesses by creating endless competitive advantages.
Double, triple, even quadruple-digit improvements are always realized – typically in 6 months or less. (See our impact here: http://amendllc.com/results/)
"We're not interested in the typical approach to consulting. We don't consult – we result. We guarantee you'll see positive, bottom-line improvements quickly. We hate the 'hand-us-the-keys-to-your-business-and-we'll-make-it-better' mentality. It's a short-term band-aid that disappears when the consulting team leaves. Instead, we take the time to put ourselves out of business – empowering our clients to continue improving and growing long after we're gone."
– Craig Todd, CEO
– AMEND Consulting
Our formula for success is straightforward and proven, fueling our client’s success for more than a decade.
We focus on getting it right in the three areas that have the biggest impact on bottom-line results.
PEOPLE + PROCESS + METRICS = TRANSFORMATION
*PEOPLE: We teach, inspire, and empower individual employees and company leaders alike.
We also help immediately fill TALENT GAPS with highly skilled and experienced professionals who know how to deliver results. From C-Level to entry level, you can borrow our talent to move your organization forward.
*PROCESS: We upgrade and optimize processes to help you define new competitive advantages.
*METRICS & ANALYTICS: We leverage metrics and analytics to enable data-based decision making throughout the organization.
Our work doesn’t just create more competitive companies in the critical mid-market. Our work builds stronger people who then go out into their communities and make an even bigger impact.
