Provide customer support and onboarding for Ambrook’s financial software, helping family-run businesses set up accounts, understand bookkeeping concepts, troubleshoot issues, and use the product effectively. Manage high-volume chat and onboarding calls, communicate clearly across channels, gather customer feedback, and contribute to support processes and documentation. This contract role requires 20–40 hours weekly, including some evenings or weekends.

Advise a portfolio of strategic customers on P&L, forecasting, and capital decisions; build repeatable analytical infrastructure (models, AI agents, calculators); surface product opportunities; and own strategic finance relationships to deliver fractional-CFO level insight at scale.

Own the infrastructure supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, including lead routing, forecasting, pipeline management, dashboards, deal standards, pricing approvals, and revenue planning. Analyze commercial data, improve workflows, identify automation and AI opportunities, and lead cross-functional process improvements that increase sales efficiency, conversion, and retention.

Build and own growth systems including landing pages, activation flows, checkout, experiment infrastructure, and lifecycle marketing tools. Partner with marketing, sales, product operations, and customer success to increase experimentation velocity, conversion, activation, retention, and revenue. Develop data-informed experiments, improve measurement and privacy practices, contribute across fintech products, and help evaluate future engineering hires.

Design and build high-quality marketing, activation, checkout, and retention experiences that accelerate growth. Own the marketing design system, increase experiment velocity, partner with marketing, sales, product operations, and customer success, and measure experiment outcomes. The role combines advanced frontend development, visual and interaction design, responsive implementation, animation, customer discovery, data-informed experimentation, code review, and cross-functional project management.

Lead product direction and execution for Ambrook's AI-native financial products. Own roadmaps, prioritize features, run pods with engineers and designers, use quantitative and qualitative data, visit customers, and improve product processes and measurement to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Lead end-to-end product demos, close deals, onboard and activate customers (bank connections, transaction categorization, invoices), hit quota, drive adoption of fintech and bookkeeping features, provide prioritized product feedback, tailor solutions to verticals, and train/mentor peers.

Software Engineering Interns will build and ship full-stack product features for farmers, improve infrastructure and development practices, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams. The internship includes mentorship, project ownership, customer-focused prioritization, and exposure to agricultural finance, farm operations, and sustainability. Interns will work with Ambrook’s TypeScript, React, Next.js, Google Cloud, Firestore, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and related technologies.

Build and improve Ambrook's full-stack bookkeeping product and infrastructure. Deliver features end-to-end, improve CI/CD, databases, and analytics, collaborate with product and customers, and help grow engineering practices and hiring.

Develop and evolve Ambrook’s brand across digital and physical formats, including websites, campaigns, email, editorial, merchandise, events, and product experiences. Shape narratives, create prototypes and finished work, direct external creatives and vendors, maintain Figma and Sanity brand systems, and build scalable templates and Claude Skills. Collaborate across Marketing, Product Design, and other teams while managing projects, deadlines, and ambiguity.

As a Software Engineer at Ambrook Labs, you will prototype AI applications, run customer experiments, build evaluation frameworks, and contribute to defining operational practices.

The Software Engineer, AI will develop intelligent systems for financial workflows, utilizing LLMs and other technologies to enhance bookkeeping and data processing for agriculture businesses.

Build autonomous recruiting systems: source engineers from nontraditional places, automate outreach and enrichment, track funnel health, cultivate networks, and run events to attract talent while partnering with the founding recruiter.

Own sourcing and scheduling for technical and commercial hires: run outbound sourcing, coordinate interviews via Ashby, engage passive candidates, and build automations and tooling to improve pipeline health and reduce manual work.

Build and operate Ambrook's platform infrastructure (PostgreSQL, GCP, internal tooling, data systems). Own migrations, observability, security, and developer experience improvements. Create shared frameworks and tooling for internal agentic systems (evals, harnesses, sandboxes), collaborate with stakeholders, and drive platform roadmap and production ownership.
