Teams at Ambrook

Build and operate platform infrastructure across PostgreSQL, GCP, data systems, developer tooling, security foundations, and agentic systems. Own infrastructure projects from discovery through production, including migrations, observability, rollback planning, reliability, scalability, and internal customer feedback. Develop shared frameworks, evaluations, harnesses, sandboxes, and interfaces for cloud-based agent workflows while improving developer velocity and platform quality.

Provide customer support and onboarding for Ambrook’s financial software, helping family-run businesses set up accounts, understand bookkeeping concepts, troubleshoot issues, and use the product effectively. Manage high-volume chat and onboarding calls, communicate clearly across channels, gather customer feedback, and contribute to support processes and documentation. This contract role requires 20–40 hours weekly, including some evenings or weekends.

Advise a portfolio of strategic customers on P&L, forecasting, and capital decisions; build repeatable analytical infrastructure (models, AI agents, calculators); surface product opportunities; and own strategic finance relationships to deliver fractional-CFO level insight at scale.
