Perform routine janitorial and cleaning duties across multiple facilities, including floor care, restroom sanitation, trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, laboratory equipment cleaning, and supply replenishment. Prepare cleaning solutions according to SDS specifications, safely operate cleaning tools, move equipment, clear exterior debris, report maintenance issues, monitor facility safety, and assist with event setup. Flexible scheduling, shift coverage, dependable transportation, and call-in availability are required.

Manage department-wide operations, including labor, productivity, safety, quality control, budgets, inventory, equipment, vendors, and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate employees while maintaining compliance with OSHA and company HSE policies. Oversee operational workflows, profitability, invoices, maintenance, rentals, and inventory effectiveness. Resolve employee and customer issues, implement process improvements, and collaborate with operations, human resources, safety, inventory, and client-relations teams.
