Directs, coaches, and develops the partnership activation team while collaborating with sales, strategy, insights, and cross-functional leaders. The role also manages budgets, reporting, contractual tracking, and partnership performance measurement.

Leads the design, deployment, security, administration, and support of hybrid enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. Manages identity services, Azure, virtualization, servers, storage, backup, recovery, automation, PKI, monitoring, and disaster recovery. It requires strong sales, negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, cold-calling, and deal-structuring skills, along with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Conducts foot patrols, security checks, access control, visitor screening, CCTV and alarm monitoring, emergency response, equipment inspections, and incident reporting throughout a stadium property. The role supports fire and building safety, responds to unauthorized activity and alarms, facilitates evacuations, escorts visitors, inspects packages, and communicates with security management and dispatch. Requires extended standing and walking and adherence to background, medical, and substance-testing procedures.
