Manage daily accounts payable and expense reimbursements for multiple entities using Concur and Great Plains. Process vendor payments, reconcile AP, maintain vendor records, support 1099 filings, remit sales/use tax, research invoice issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve procedures.

Coordinates capital improvement and repair and maintenance projects throughout their lifecycle, including budgeting, scopes of work, bids, procurement, schedules, contractors, inspections, permits, reporting, risk resolution, and closeout documentation. Maintains AutoCAD drawings and project records, supports capital budget planning, coordinates work around stadium events, and assists with event-day operations and ice and snow management.

Generates new corporate partnership revenue for AMB Sports and Entertainment by identifying prospects, negotiating agreements, creating customized sponsorship packages, presenting solutions, and maintaining executive-level client relationships. The role attends games and events to entertain partners, supports account activation, monitors market trends, and develops opportunities to increase revenue. It requires strong sales, negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, cold-calling, and deal-structuring skills, along with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
