Lead Shared Services Finance (Payroll, AP, Procurement, FP&A) to standardize, optimize and modernize finance systems, processes, controls and roadmaps. Serve as executive sponsor for finance technology initiatives, partner with IT and senior leaders, drive change management, and deliver continuous improvement and analytics-driven controls across the business.

Provide administrative and event support for executive-level hospitality at Mercedes-Benz Stadium and other venues. Manage guest lists, event grids, ticketing, gifting, merchandise, vendor logistics, staffing for home games and select events, invoice/tracking duties, and coordination with finance and external vendors. Requires discretion, strong organization, project management, communication, and MS Office proficiency. Willingness to work flexible hours and staff events.

The Director of Finance will lead accounting, financial planning, and analysis functions, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting for NWSL Atlanta. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial insights, managing a finance team, and supporting the CFO in financial processes.
