Teams at Amardeep Metal Works (Amardeep Aggregates)

Drive territory sales growth by acquiring new customers, researching markets, assessing creditworthiness, managing contractor and builder relationships, conducting customer and site visits, preparing quotations, negotiating prices, closing orders, achieving sales targets, coordinating deliveries, resolving complaints, collecting payments, maintaining CRM records, and reporting sales activities. The role requires travel within the territory and close coordination with operations and dispatch teams.

Supervise production activities to meet daily plans and efficiency KPIs. Monitor quality, identify deviations, coordinate root-cause analysis and corrective actions, maintain operational records, and ensure timely reporting. Manage workplace safety, housekeeping, manpower, machinery performance, preventive maintenance, and breakdown response while coordinating with quality, maintenance, and other departments.

Ensures construction chemical product quality and compliance with internal and IS standards. Provides technical support at customer and construction sites, demonstrates application methods, troubleshoots failures, resolves complaints, and conducts root cause analysis. Trains dealers, contractors, engineers, and applicators; supports sales presentations and product approvals; performs laboratory and field testing; analyzes competitors; coordinates with R&D, Production, and QC; and prepares technical reports, manuals, method statements, TDS documents, SOPs, and FAQs.
