Perform maintenance and construction on sugarbeet pilers and related equipment, primarily outdoors seasonally and in-shop during winter. Prioritize safety, use welding and power tools, read measurements and instructions, climb ladders, maintain housekeeping, work weekends/holidays as needed, and obtain/maintain Class A CDL and DOT medical card.

Performs welding, pipefitting, fabrication, industrial maintenance, equipment repair, and piping system installation in a continuous-process manufacturing facility. Duties include MIG, TIG, FCAW, and Stick welding; blueprint interpretation; preventative and corrective maintenance; troubleshooting; planned outage and emergency repair support; and compliance with industrial safety procedures. The role requires physical labor, overtime, weekend and holiday availability, and successful completion of welding, background, drug, fitness, and safety testing.

The Journeyman Electrician will perform electrical repairs, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety compliance in a manufacturing environment. Must be licensed and able to work varied hours including overtime and weekends.
