Lead and supervise interdisciplinary outpatient clinics serving severe mental illness. Oversee admissions, intake, individualized treatment plans, daily care coordination, and direct care for complex patients. Partner with clinical and operational leaders to implement processes, drive quality and cost-efficiency, and scale services across multiple clinic locations.

Lead clinical operations and outcomes across multiple California outpatient sites (PHP/IOP). Provide supervision, manage clinical KPIs, escalate complex cases, ensure evidence-based practice and regulatory compliance, drive program improvements, hire and develop clinicians, and partner with regional leadership to translate data into operational priorities. Requires regional travel between clinics.

Lead and supervise an interdisciplinary outpatient clinic team, oversee intake and individualized treatment planning, manage complex patient care, drive strategic quality and efficiency initiatives, implement continuous improvement, and support professional development and training.

Provide one-on-one coaching and group facilitation to support members with severe mental illness, help navigate community resources, perform community-based field work (home check-ins, event support), collaborate with clinical teams, and document care in the EHR to ensure coordinated, trauma-informed support.

Build and maintain referral relationships across the Raleigh region, drive patient referrals through outreach and partner development, coordinate urgent patient responses with hospitals and social workers, connect referred patients with clinical care, track outreach and pipeline in CRM, develop quarterly market plans, and serve as a community ambassador for Amae Health.

Lead and build Amae's full marketing stack: demand generation, referral growth, content and thought leadership, brand voice, patient/family and B2B campaigns, event marketing, and marketing infrastructure and measurement.
