Requires California licensure as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LPCC, plus experience serving patients with severe mental illness, mental health challenges, or addiction.

Leads an onsite behavioral health clinic in Los Angeles, supervising an interdisciplinary care team, overseeing intake and individualized treatment planning, managing complex patients, and driving quality, outcomes, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The role requires California licensure as a psychologist or independently licensed mental health professional, severe mental illness experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.

Provide one-on-one coaching and group facilitation to support members with severe mental illness, help navigate community resources, perform community-based field work (home check-ins, event support), collaborate with clinical teams, and document care in the EHR to ensure coordinated, trauma-informed support.

Build and maintain referral relationships across the Raleigh region, drive patient referrals through outreach and partner development, coordinate urgent patient responses with hospitals and social workers, connect referred patients with clinical care, track outreach and pipeline in CRM, develop quarterly market plans, and serve as a community ambassador for Amae Health.
