Lead full-cycle corporate and clinical recruiting, deliver best-in-class candidate experience, partner with stakeholders, design AI-enabled sourcing strategies, manage recruiting systems and pipeline analytics to drive hires nationwide.

Partner with co-founders and the growth team to build and manage the partnerships pipeline, drive health plan and health system business development, produce strategic materials, coordinate cross-functional execution, and support market expansion and strategic initiatives. Use AI tools to accelerate research and workflows and ensure commercial commitments align with operational reality.

Manage and grow regional patient referrals through outreach to provider partners, develop new referral sources, coordinate urgent patient responses with hospitals and social workers, partner with clinical staff to connect referred patients to care, track outreach and referral outcomes in CRM, and develop market plans with clinical and leadership teams.
