Senior Systems Engineer responsible for configuring, deploying, integrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining SharePoint, Tableau, and other enterprise applications as code in cloud-based CI/CD environments. The role requires Windows engineering, database and identity integrations, test validation, DevOps tooling, documentation, API gateway and cross-domain capabilities, cloud optimization, and systems-level coordination across infrastructure, security, and cloud services. A TS/SCI with polygraph, Security+ CE certification, and at least 10 years of relevant experience are required.

Provides engineering, operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation for high-availability network infrastructure supporting business and mission needs. The role works with Cisco and SolarWinds across multi-level IT systems, maintains switches, routers, firewalls, encryption devices, and network connectivity, supports escalated incidents, and develops capacity and performance plans. An active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required.

Develops, documents, tests, deploys, optimizes, and maintains desktop and web applications on Microsoft platforms. Performs custom software development, applies USG information assurance standards, and designs and manages middleware for application and data integration. Troubleshoots infrastructure issues and improves system performance. Requires extensive experience, an active TS/SCI with CI polygraph, and Security+ CE or equivalent certification.

Administers Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments, including installation, configuration, patching, hardening, upgrades, troubleshooting, and decommissioning. Supports VMware virtualization, storage, backups, Active Directory, enterprise monitoring, disaster recovery, help desk resolution, and infrastructure modernization. Documents technical procedures, remediates vulnerabilities, and participates in after-hours Priority 1 incident response. The role requires collaboration with senior engineers to maintain secure, available, and operational mission systems.

Administer and troubleshoot enterprise Windows and RHEL infrastructure, virtualization, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and security systems in a high-availability government environment. Responsibilities include patching, vulnerability remediation, system hardening, Active Directory management, documentation, incident troubleshooting, modernization initiatives, technical leadership, and on-call support for critical outages.
