Assist the HR department by posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and creating interview questions.

Oversee merchandising projects and daily operations to meet KPIs; serve as client contact; manage headcount (recruitment, onboarding, replacements); prepare new projects and operational plans; ensure retail execution and standards; monitor merchandiser performance and sales; align SOPs with sales teams; compile weekly reports; perform market visits and outlet audits.
