Lead key accounts to drive growth by developing integrated ATL, BTL, digital, social, and retail marketing campaigns. Build client relationships, lead pitches and proposals, manage teams, budgets, timelines, and collaborate with internal leadership to deliver strategic, revenue-driving campaigns.

Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment trackers; assist employer branding and campus outreach.

Lead the finance function, manage reporting, consolidation, compliance, treasury, tax, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Develop and lead a finance team, drive finance transformation, process automation, and provide commercial insights to support strategic decisions and business growth.
