We’re looking for a detail-oriented Group HR Leader/ Assistant HR Manager who responsible for managing and executing to support business growth to ensure efficient and effective internal HR operations. This role focus implementing HR strategies, policies and improvement initiative including payroll, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations and HR process optimization support across the organization.

What You’ll Do:
- Review, formulate and maintain HR policies, procedures & procedures in compliance with requirements and best practice.
- Implement HR improvement activities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify opportunities for HR innovations and continuous improvement.
- Support implementation of performance management frameworks that address skill gaps and promote career growth.
- Management payroll processing and employee benefits program.
- Attend to matters related to employee relations, disciplinary issues, grievance handling with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Promote positive workplace cultural through effective communication and relationship building program.
- Assist onboarding, offboarding and orientation processes to ensure seamless employee experience
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related field.
- Professional certification in HR is an added advantage
- Understanding of Malaysian labour law and statutory regulations
- Tech-savy with ability to learn and adapt to HR system.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Communication, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive & positive attitude with a strong ability to motivate, manage task and engage teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Skills Required
