Support grower accounting by preparing weekly pricing, settlements, and advances; set up suppliers in ERP; review charges and payment reports; maintain supplier records; produce reports and process improvements; collaborate across sales, operations, logistics, and shipping.

Lead daily quality control operations in packing and cold storage for fresh produce. Supervise and train QC inspectors, assign inspections, perform incoming/outgoing berry inspections, verify compliance with USDA and customer specifications, enforce GMPs and food safety, support product disposition decisions, monitor shelf-life and inventory rotation, and travel to remote locations as needed.

Manage and grow retail, wholesale, and foodservice accounts for year-round berry programs. Identify new business, develop sales strategies, coordinate with growers and operations to ensure product availability, monitor market trends and pricing, represent the company at industry events, and support receivables management.
