Performs grower accounting operations, including weekly pricing, supplier and subledger setup, expense verification, settlements, advances, payment and remittance review, reconciliations, reporting, and record maintenance. Uses Excel and ERP systems to analyze data and support process improvements. Collaborates with sales, operations, logistics, and shipping teams while maintaining accurate and confidential supplier records.

Provides sales and logistics support for fresh produce customers by processing orders, tracking shipments, coordinating pickups and deliveries, managing carrier rates, optimizing loads and shipping locations, monitoring freight costs, maintaining customer data, and resolving service issues. The role also supports sales reporting, customer communications, account reconciliation, presentations, and trade shows while coordinating among sales teams, growers, warehouses, carriers, and logistics providers.
