Partner with Marketing and Nurture teams to improve messaging and contribute to coaching and call-quality standards. Use AI tools for prospect research, call preparation, and personalized follow-up.

Build and QA HubSpot emails, audit automated nurture content, maintain email updates, draft and refine marketing copy, and coordinate reviews through project management tools. The role supports lifecycle marketing across email, web, SMS, video, analytics, and SEO, with opportunities to expand into cross-channel content and data-quality improvement.

The role also contributes to coaching standards and uses AI tools for prospect research, call preparation, and personalized follow-up.

Designs and delivers employee experience and People programs across the employee lifecycle. Leads listening efforts, onboarding/offboarding, manager coaching, and organizational change. Partners with the CPO to build scalable, data-driven programs, improve People operations and tech, and provide trusted day-to-day HR support to employees and managers globally.

Partner with teams to design, pilot, and scale generative-AI workflows and automation. Build prompt libraries, evaluate AI platforms, integrate APIs, draft executive communications, and drive cross-functional adoption of AI solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Lead talent development by partnering with managers to create Individual Development Plans, coach leaders, design and deliver manager and leadership programs, integrate AI-enabled learning, and measure learning effectiveness to improve employee capability and execution across the firm.
