Source, diligence, and support execution of venture investments across UK, Europe, and MENA. Lead deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio support, and regional community building while collaborating with AVs global investing team. Represent AV at events, develop investment theses, and contribute to firm-wide fundraising and thought leadership.

Partner with teams to design, pilot, and scale generative-AI workflows and automation. Build prompt libraries, evaluate AI platforms, integrate APIs, draft executive communications, and drive cross-functional adoption of AI solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Principal will source, evaluate, and execute Seed–Series A investments, lead due diligence and negotiations, support fundraising and portfolio company growth, and develop networks and investment theses. Role requires driving deal flow, constructing a ~25-investment portfolio annually, and collaborating across the investment team and broader firm.

Design, build, and maintain internal and investor-facing full-stack applications that automate financial, operational, and reporting workflows. Transform spreadsheet-based processes into scalable systems, build API integrations, partner with stakeholders to define requirements, and improve performance, reliability, and maintainability. Own projects from concept to production and deliver well-tested, maintainable code.

Support prospective and existing investors across email, phone, webinars, and events; assist onboarding, fundraising, and investor engagement. Maintain HubSpot and internal systems, track engagement metrics, and support cross-functional projects to improve workflows and the investor experience.
