Design and deliver people programs and experiences across the employee lifecycle, lead engagement and listening efforts, coach managers and support employee relations, own onboarding/offboarding and lifecycle processes, optimize People systems and workflows, and partner with leaders to drive organizational change and program adoption.

Designs and delivers employee experience and People programs across the employee lifecycle. Leads listening efforts, onboarding/offboarding, manager coaching, and organizational change. Partners with the CPO to build scalable, data-driven programs, improve People operations and tech, and provide trusted day-to-day HR support to employees and managers globally.

Provide day-to-day support for prospective and existing investors, manage onboarding and engagement, coordinate events and fundraising activities, maintain CRM data, track engagement metrics, and support process improvements and cross-functional projects.

Own Relationship Management operations and infrastructure: CRM maintenance, call prep, scheduling, follow-up tracking, reporting, and process improvement. Serve as a first contact for investor inquiries, manage post-call documentation and routing, and progressively take on investor-facing responsibilities and independent calls.

Design, build, and maintain internal and investor-facing full-stack applications that automate financial, operational, and reporting workflows. Transform spreadsheet-based processes into scalable systems, build API integrations, partner with stakeholders to define requirements, and improve performance, reliability, and maintainability. Own projects from concept to production and deliver well-tested, maintainable code.

Lead talent development by partnering with managers to create Individual Development Plans, coach leaders, design and deliver manager and leadership programs, integrate AI-enabled learning, and measure learning effectiveness to improve employee capability and execution across the firm.

Support prospective and existing investors across email, phone, webinars, and events; assist onboarding, fundraising, and investor engagement. Maintain HubSpot and internal systems, track engagement metrics, and support cross-functional projects to improve workflows and the investor experience.

Designs and delivers leadership and manager development, coaches managers on Individual Development Plans, builds learning programs (including AI-enabled workflows), creates instructional materials, measures learning effectiveness, and partners with leaders to remove barriers and improve employee capability and execution.

Source and evaluate Seed-stage startups across Japan and select Asian markets, perform first-pass screens and coordinate diligence with US colleagues, leverage AI tools for research and memo preparation, build local ecosystem relationships, support portfolio companies and follow-on evaluation, and help grow Alumni Ventures' presence in Japan and APAC.
