Source, diligence, and support execution of venture investments across UK, Europe, and MENA. Lead deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio support, and regional community building while collaborating with AVs global investing team. Represent AV at events, develop investment theses, and contribute to firm-wide fundraising and thought leadership.

Supports prospective and existing investors through email, phone, webinars, events, onboarding, and ongoing engagement. Maintains investor relationships, assists Managing Partners and Community Managers, supports fundraising and fund operations, coordinates events, tracks engagement metrics, maintains CRM data, prepares reports, and contributes to process improvements and cross-functional projects.

Supports prospective and existing investors through communications, onboarding, engagement, events, and operational processes. Maintains investor data, tracks engagement metrics, supports reporting, assists Managing Partners with fundraising and fund operations, and contributes to strategic projects and process improvements. The role emphasizes client service, relationship management, organization, communication, and learning about venture capital and investing.
