Source, evaluate, and execute Seed–Series A investments across sectors. Lead due diligence and negotiations, support portfolio companies and fundraising, develop investment theses, and grow deal networks to build a 25-investment annual portfolio.

Principal will source, evaluate, and execute venture investments (primarily Seed and Series A), lead diligence and negotiations, build and leverage a strong network, support fundraising and investor relations, and actively help portfolio companies scale. Role collaborates with partners across multiple offices and contributes firm-wide.

Role requires driving deal flow, constructing a ~25-investment portfolio annually, and collaborating across the investment team and broader firm.
