Provide day-to-day support for prospective and existing investors, manage onboarding and engagement, coordinate events and fundraising activities, maintain CRM data, track engagement metrics, and support process improvements and cross-functional projects.

Source, evaluate, and execute Seed–Series A investments; lead due diligence; build dealflow and investor/founder networks; support fundraising and investor relations; and actively manage and support a portfolio of startups to drive performance.

Lead employee experience, culture, and people operations programs across the employee lifecycle. Partner with leaders to develop managers, design onboarding and L&D, run engagement initiatives, improve people processes and tech, and use employee data to guide organizational planning and change management.
