Lead regional sales activities for a manufacturer of power transfer equipment: build and execute sales strategies, manage and coach a regional sales team, grow revenue and market share, maintain customer relationships, analyze market trends, report forecasts, manage budget, and travel within the region.

Assist assembly and production of power transfer equipment, perform visual quality checks, handle materials, operate basic machinery under supervision, follow safety protocols, maintain clean work areas, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Design and develop new product parts and assemblies for the electric utility market. Create drawings, perform feasibility and quality testing, run FEA and calculations, manage prototypes, recommend design changes, write test reports, and provide technical support to field sales while ensuring projects meet timelines and manufacturing requirements.

Lead design, development, testing, and support of electromechanical products for the intelligent power grid. Create detailed models, perform PCB layout and mechanical packaging, execute verification/validation tests, ensure regulatory compliance, and support production builds and first article inspections.

Operate and maintain lathes, mills, grinders and other machine tools; read drawings; take precise measurements; set up machines; monitor production for quality; perform minor maintenance; maintain inventory and a safe workspace; support new tooling for product introductions.

Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the QMS in a manufacturing environment. Manage audits, CAPA, documentation control, Lean Six Sigma improvement projects, training, and support product/process changes while maintaining quality tools and digital systems.

Lead a small manufacturing team to meet production, quality, and safety targets. Oversee procedures, 5S adherence, equipment calibration, stock control, changeovers, training, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement while managing KPIs, attendance, and cross-functional communication.

Manage design and development of new and existing overhead utility products: create parts/assembly designs and drawings, oversee prototypes and testing, perform FEA and calculations, write test reports, provide technical sales support, and manage engineering drawing changes.

Lead a small manufacturing team to meet production, quality, and safety targets. Manage scheduling, work orders, changeovers, training, root-cause analysis, 5S, calibration, incident investigations, and continuous improvement activities while ensuring compliance with procedures and KPIs.

Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to ensure product quality; perform root cause analysis and CAPA; maintain quality documentation; manage supplier issues and support audits; lead FMEA, process capability studies, and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma; collaborate cross-functionally and train production staff.

Support production processes and continuous improvement under supervision by developing standard work, troubleshooting floor issues, collecting basic production data, participating in Lean projects, assisting tooling and equipment setup, and ensuring safety and quality compliance.
