Leads manufacturing teams to meet production, quality, safety, and delivery targets. Manages staffing, procedures, 5S, equipment calibration, records, inventory transactions, line setups, and work order closures. Trains and develops operators, monitors performance and attendance, investigates incidents and nonconformities, conducts risk assessments, and performs root cause analysis. Coordinates with scheduling and support functions while driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and compliance with company, quality, environmental, and health and safety standards.

Design, develop, and optimize plastics processing parameters, troubleshoot production issues, support quality and compliance, collaborate with design and suppliers, train operators, document processes, and report performance metrics to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the QMS in a manufacturing environment. Manage audits, CAPA, documentation control, Lean Six Sigma improvement projects, training, and support product/process changes while maintaining quality tools and digital systems.
