Administer, secure, tune, back up, recover, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases in classified, high-availability environments. Support deployments, migrations, troubleshooting, and collaboration with system, cybersecurity, and government stakeholders to ensure reliability and compliance.

Support engineering change and modernization projects for energetics manufacturing. Assist with equipment design, troubleshooting, commissioning, technical documentation, process improvements, and collaboration with production and government stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Provide engineering design, technical documentation, and analysis support for energetics manufacturing and development projects. Create and maintain drawings, SOPs, TDPs, perform blast and basic statistical analyses, support testing and manufacturing functions, and coordinate program documentation, schedules, and records in a DoD environment.

Design, develop, integrate, test, and support industrial electrical and PLC-based control systems for manufacturing and energetics production. Create schematics and documentation using EPLAN/AutoCAD Electrical, commission equipment, troubleshoot automation systems, collaborate with vendors and government stakeholders, and support facility modernization and process-improvement projects while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Lead and oversee air operations for large-scale DoD training exercises, ensuring aviation safety, coordinating with commanders, FAA, and range control, scheduling activities, approving ATO changes, and maintaining operational readiness.

Manage Engineering Change and Modernization Projects (ECMP) at NSWC IHD. Oversee project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closeout; coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders; track deliverables, risks, and issues; maintain project documentation and reporting to ensure timely, safe, and compliant delivery of engineering and modernization initiatives.

Lead and manage complex technical programs supporting engineering, manufacturing, laboratory, and safety operations at NSWC Indian Head. Oversee subcontract execution, project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, cost/schedule/performance tracking, contract reporting, personnel compliance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure contract deliverables and program execution.
