Leads a large-scale federal support program at Marine Corps Base Quantico, managing delivery, staffing, budgets, schedules, risks, stakeholders, compliance, and performance. Oversees aviation and ground safety, certification, technical and administrative support, GIS, training area operations, and modernization activities. Coordinates transition, onboarding, knowledge transfer, reporting, continuous improvement, and Government deliverables while serving as the primary customer liaison.

Support design, analysis, testing, qualification, and certification of mechanical systems for DoD programs. Develop drawings, calculations, test plans, technical reports, and TDPs while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and government stakeholders.

Administer, secure, tune, back up, recover, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases in classified, high-availability environments. Support deployments, migrations, troubleshooting, and collaboration with system, cybersecurity, and government stakeholders to ensure reliability and compliance.

Manage Engineering Change and Modernization Projects (ECMP) at NSWC IHD. Oversee project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closeout; coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders; track deliverables, risks, and issues; maintain project documentation and reporting to ensure timely, safe, and compliant delivery of engineering and modernization initiatives.

Lead and manage complex technical programs supporting engineering, manufacturing, laboratory, and safety operations at NSWC Indian Head. Oversee subcontract execution, project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, cost/schedule/performance tracking, contract reporting, personnel compliance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure contract deliverables and program execution.
