Support design, analysis, testing, qualification, and certification of mechanical systems for DoD programs. Develop drawings, calculations, test plans, technical reports, and TDPs while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and government stakeholders.

Support engineering projects across research, development, manufacturing, and testing at NSWC IHD. Assist with analysis, design support, technical documentation, testing, TDPs, engineering evaluations, and cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure compliance with standards and successful project execution.

Supervise daily production and fabrication operations, manage schedules/resources, coordinate materials and personnel with engineering/logistics, monitor work-in-progress, ensure safety and quality compliance, maintain production records, and support process improvements to meet mission requirements.
