Own the architecture and scalability of Altura’s tender-spotting platform, data ingestion systems, and integrations strategy. Design and maintain third-party integrations, web scrapers, resilient ingestion pipelines, backend services, and APIs. Lead architectural decisions, optimize performance and reliability, and evolve CI/CD, observability, and security practices. The role requires extensive .NET and C# expertise, cloud-native development, containerization, database experience, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

Owned full sales cycle for mid-market SaaS: outbound prospecting, cold calling, discovery, stakeholder navigation, pipeline management, deal strategy, and closing while collaborating with VP Sales.

Own end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation from kickoff to go-live. Build customer workflows, monitor product usage and adoption signals, run re-onboarding or re-activation plays, push feature adoption, and identify upsell/expansion opportunities. Create and iterate onboarding playbooks while collaborating with CSMs and sales to drive customer success metrics.
