Responsibilities include developing enablement materials, identifying expansion opportunities, supporting account plans and pricing discussions, gathering market feedback, and tracking product adoption, pipeline, conversion, retention, and revenue metrics. Regular travel of approximately 20–30% is required.

Drive adoption and sales of Altruist investment products among financial advisors. Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams on launches, enablement, demonstrations, training, portfolio strategy discussions, and advisor communications. Identify expansion opportunities, support complex B2B sales processes, develop product playbooks, gather market feedback, and monitor adoption, pipeline, conversion, retention, and revenue metrics. Regular travel of approximately 20–30% is required.

Build and scale secure, reliable backend services and web applications for a fintech wealth management platform. Responsibilities include identity and access management, AWS infrastructure, database optimization, API and distributed-systems hardening, production reliability, observability, incident response, and security remediation. The role independently delivers solutions from design through production, mentors engineers, and partners with security leadership. This is a hybrid position requiring three office days weekly in San Francisco.

Build and scale secure, reliable backend services and web applications. Represent the company at industry events and develop a repeatable source of advisor growth.

Own and grow Altruist’s recruiter and referral partner channel across the wealth management ecosystem. Responsibilities include recruiting and managing partners, negotiating referral agreements, training partners, routing and tracking advisor introductions, coordinating onboarding, managing payouts, reporting on pipeline and ROI, and representing the company at industry events.

Drive sales of Altruist’s AI-powered wealth management platform to financial advisors. The role owns quota attainment, consultative selling, advisor education, buying-process guidance, and business expansion. Responsibilities include mastering and positioning platform capabilities, capturing advisor feedback for product and marketing priorities, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, meeting sales service-level agreements, and improving team effectiveness. Candidates need financial services or B2B fintech/SaaS sales experience, securities licenses, strong communication, technical aptitude, and a proven quota track record.

Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue goals through pipeline management, forecasting, coaching, sales-process optimization, and performance monitoring. Develop scalable sales strategies, maintain accurate Salesforce records, capture advisor feedback, and collaborate with marketing and product teams. The role requires extensive B2B financial services, fintech, or SaaS sales leadership experience, strong communication, data-driven coaching, and technological aptitude.
