Owns the complete lifecycle of ACAT, DRS, DWAC, and non-ACAT account transfers, including validation, exceptions, settlement, claims, and residuals. Leads and develops the transfers team, monitors productivity and quality metrics, improves processes and controls, partners with Product and Engineering on roadmap delivery, and maintains procedures while supporting audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory examinations.

Lead and mentor engineering teams to design, build, and scale backend services, web applications, and data pipelines. Solve complex cross-cutting problems, develop data integrations, and perform data analysis to resolve issues and improve performance.
