The Sales Executive will drive revenue by closing new business and managing the full sales cycle, collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to refine messaging and establish proof points.

As an Advisor Support Representative, you will resolve complex customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and develop expertise in product offerings. This role requires adaptability, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Own end-to-end advisor firm implementations from post-sale through launch: run discovery, build and execute implementation plans, lead cross-functional teams, train firms on workflows, manage risks and milestones across advisor operations (account opening, funding, trading, billing, reporting/integrations), document outcomes, escalate product gaps, and continuously improve playbooks and training.
