Owns the full lifecycle of ACAT and non-ACAT asset transfers, including DRS, DWAC, validation, exceptions, settlement, claims, and residuals. Leads and develops the transfers team, monitors operational metrics, improves processes with AI tooling, partners with Product and Engineering on roadmap delivery, and maintains policies for audit, compliance, and regulatory examinations.

Owns the end-to-end ACAT and non-ACAT transfer lifecycle, including DRS, DWAC, validation, exceptions, settlement, claims, and residuals. Leads and develops the Account Transfers team, monitors operational metrics, improves processes with AI tooling, partners with Product and Engineering on transfer capabilities, and maintains policies and controls. Serves as the internal transfer authority and operational contact for audit, compliance, and regulatory examinations.

Leads cashiering and treasury operations for a broker-dealer, overseeing money movement, liquidity, reconciliations, controls, regulatory exams, bank and vendor relationships, and team performance. Partners with Product and Engineering to automate workflows, define requirements, test releases, and scale operations. Responsibilities include check, wire, ACH, debit card, and deposit operations; SEC Rule 15c3-3 reserve inputs; AML, OFAC, and fraud escalations; and retirement account transaction compliance.
