Own day-to-day service relationships with strategic registered investment advisory firms. Build trusted advisor relationships, manage complex cross-functional issues, communicate clearly with operational and executive stakeholders, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and translate recurring client feedback into product and process improvements. The role supports advisor trust, retention, and growth while partnering with Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering, and Support.
