Provide diagnostic evaluation, interpretation, and treatment for patients at a Critical Access Hospital using Epic. Counsel patients on preventive care, exercise independent medical judgment, meet Patient Engagement and Quality & Safety goals, maintain accurate documentation, participate in on-call coverage, and support departmental objectives.

Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology patient care including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, counseling on preventive care, documentation, meeting patient engagement and quality goals, rotating call with APP support, optional bone marrow biopsies, and participation in departmental objectives.

Provide comprehensive psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment across the lifespan. Administer and interpret psychological and neuropsychological testing, develop treatment plans, deliver therapies (CBT, trauma-informed care), collaborate with integrated care team, supervise trainees, document care, and provide patient/family education and resource linkage.

Participate in an LPN apprenticeship providing patient care under RN supervision. Perform clinical skills, document care, communicate with multidisciplinary team, assist with discharge planning and patient education, identify changes in condition, and follow department policies while progressing through apprenticeship levels tied to academic curriculum.

Provide comprehensive neonatal care: evaluate, diagnose, and treat newborns; counsel families on preventive care; meet quality, safety, and documentation standards; maintain licensure, board certification, medical staff appointment, and professional liability insurability.

Perform radiologic exams and procedures under radiologist direction, prepare/administer IV and oral contrast, ensure documentation and patient identification, maintain image quality, train staff, perform pain assessments, and support department process improvement and daily operations.

Outpatient Gastroenterologist delivering diagnosis, treatment, and procedures in a high-volume, collaborative clinic. Four procedure days and one clinic day weekly, Monday–Friday schedule, no call. Maintain documentation, meet quality goals, and work with APPs, surgeons, and advanced-procedure colleagues in modern procedural facilities.

Provide diagnosis and surgical treatment for orthopedic and joint replacement patients; perform surgeries, counsel on prevention, maintain documentation, meet quality and safety goals, and participate in department activities.
