Oversees provider enrollment and re-enrollment with government and commercial payers. Collects, verifies, tracks, and maintains provider information; submits accurate applications, monitors statuses, follows up on missing or expiring data, and coordinates with providers, financial services, medical staff, executives, payer representatives, and other stakeholders. Maintains enrollment timelines, ensures confidentiality, and manages the payer enrollment process according to established workflows.

The Revenue Integrity Analyst maintains Epic’s Charge Description Master, supports charge capture and billing compliance, reconciles accounts receivable, audits revenue-producing departments, resolves billing work queues, researches coding and revenue issues, and validates service pricing. The role prepares financial reports, responds to audit requests, coordinates system and billing corrections, and ensures accurate revenue recognition and adherence to payer and regulatory requirements.

Registers patients, schedules clinic visits and procedures, verifies insurance and Medicare information, obtains authorizations, collects copayments and balances, and maintains accurate demographic, financial, and clinical records. The role also includes answering patient calls, responding to inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting phlebotomy duties in an OB/GYN clinic.
