Provides direct outpatient nursing care, including patient assessment, care planning, pain management, emergency response, documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, patient education, and discharge planning. The RN may qualify for RN I, II, or III based on nursing education and experience. The role requires an unencumbered nursing license, BLS and ACLS certification, English proficiency, and occasional physical handling of patients and equipment.

Provide diagnostic evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients; counsel on preventive healthcare; meet patient engagement and quality/safety goals; maintain accurate clinical documentation; obtain necessary medical staff appointments and liability coverage; comply with board certification and state licensure requirements.

Provide diagnosis and surgical treatment for orthopedic and joint replacement patients; perform surgeries, counsel on prevention, maintain documentation, meet quality and safety goals, and participate in department activities.
