Provide outpatient and inpatient nephrology care, diagnose and treat kidney-related illnesses, participate in call rotation (one week/month, primarily telephone), support regional outreach, collaborate with APPs and colleagues, maintain documentation, and meet patient engagement and quality goals.

Provide inpatient care as a hospitalist at Altru Hospital, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients, counseling on preventive care, documenting timely and accurately, meeting patient engagement and quality/safety goals, and supporting departmental objectives. Position offers rounder or admitter roles with a 7-on/7-off schedule and manageable patient volumes.
