Provide first-line support for employee computers, printers, phones, and AV/surveillance systems at an on-site chemical facility. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, network devices and communication platforms. Diagnose issues in-person or remotely, support wired/wireless infrastructure, and escalate to senior IT staff as needed.

Provide engineering and line support for chemical plant unit operations: monitor and analyze process data, lead improvements, coordinate maintenance, support projects and startups, troubleshoot operations, maintain process safety information, and participate in emergency response and operator training.

Provide first-response desktop support across corporate and La Porte facilities: install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, phones, and wired/wireless network devices; assist employees in-person or remotely; escalate to senior IT staff and support maintenance tasks.

Coordinate and manage inventory, MRP, ERP transactions, and international supply chains for Ketones & Additives. Lead month-end counts, KPI reporting, freight/terminal management, contract administration, process documentation, corrective actions, and supply chain optimization projects.

Provide day-to-day process engineering support for plant operations, monitor key process parameters, troubleshoot process issues, recommend operational adjustments, support outages/startups, and lead or assist feasibility studies and capital projects while coordinating with procurement and operations.

Manage full-cycle accounting for chemical manufacturing units, produce financial statements, monthly variance analysis and reporting, support forecasting and budgeting, maintain desk procedures, ensure internal controls, support audits, and lead accounting process improvements while coordinating across locations and departments.

Execute day-to-day AR functions (invoicing, cash application, aging/collections, reconciliations) and provide AP support (invoice processing, three-way match, payment runs). Maintain controls, documentation, support audits, and identify process improvements to ensure accurate, timely transactional accounting.

Support product management and commercial teams by managing pricing systems, performing cost and profitability analyses, maintaining Power BI dashboards, and improving forecasting and inventory planning. Deliver data-driven insights for pricing, production, and market strategy, and contribute to strategic commercial projects.
