Build and own AI-powered research-enablement tooling, shape the engineering roadmap, make architecture decisions, establish engineering processes, and help scale the team. The role partners closely with research, sourcing, engineering, and the CEO to improve report-production speed and product adoption. Responsibilities also include delivery planning, communicating risks, designing technical interviews, and developing external API or MCP capabilities.

Summer internship supporting venture diligence: conduct expert interviews, synthesize findings, build company profiles, and contribute investor-facing reports alongside Sector Leads and Analysts. Mentorship provided; top performers considered for a full-time analyst program.

Lead AI sector diligence workstreams: conduct expert interviews, build quantitative and qualitative analysis, and produce investor-facing reports. Own end-to-end project execution, collaborate with a Sector Lead, and perform primary research with executives, customers, and domain experts to inform investment decisions.
