Requires compassion, strong communication, basic computer skills, and completion of required screenings and training.

Coordinates support services for adults with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses. Responsibilities include developing community resources, creating and monitoring service plans, maintaining required client contact, documenting billing, coordinating with external agencies, and maintaining electronic records. The role requires client advocacy, professionalism, communication skills, a bachelor’s degree, relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, background screening, and completion of required training.

Provides assistance with daily living, medication administration, meals, hygiene, transportation, behavioral plans, community activities, and documentation. Helps oversee program operations, including staff scheduling, budgeting, communication with families and medical offices, and safety drills. Requires compassion, communication skills, basic computer ability, a valid driver’s license, background screening, and required training.

Administer, configure, support, and optimize business-critical applications including accounting, payroll, purchasing, maintenance, and enterprise systems. Manage user accounts, permissions, workflows, integrations, updates, and system settings; troubleshoot issues; monitor performance; document procedures; and identify process improvements. The role partners with teams across the organization and coordinates implementations and upgrades.

Leads organization-wide quality assurance, corporate compliance, continuous improvement, policy implementation, and integrity initiatives. Partners with employees and leadership to strengthen quality across residential, behavioral support, coordination, and recreation services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental illnesses.
