Administer, configure, support, and optimize business-critical applications including accounting, payroll, purchasing, maintenance, and enterprise systems. Manage user accounts, permissions, workflows, integrations, updates, and system settings; troubleshoot issues; monitor performance; document procedures; and identify process improvements. The role partners with teams across the organization and coordinates implementations and upgrades.

Leads organization-wide quality assurance, corporate compliance, continuous improvement, policy implementation, and integrity initiatives. Partners with employees and leadership to strengthen quality across residential, behavioral support, coordination, and recreation services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental illnesses.

Supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential group home. Duties include assisting with daily living, medication administration, meal preparation, hygiene, transportation, behavioral plans, community activities, documentation, and health and safety reporting. Also assists with staff scheduling, budgeting, communications, and fire drills. Requires compassion, professionalism, basic computer skills, and completion of required trainings.

Provide on-site case management and support to homeless women and children, help clients set goals for self-sufficiency, deliver life-skills and work-readiness training, document progress in an EHR, transport clients as needed, and complete required trainings.
