Supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential group home. Provides direct care including medication administration, meals, hygiene assistance, transportation, behavioral-plan implementation, community outings, documentation, and safety monitoring. Assists the Group Home Manager with staff scheduling, budgeting, communications, and emergency drills. Requires compassion, strong communication, basic computer skills, and completion of required screenings and training.

Coordinates support services for adults with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses. Responsibilities include developing community resources, creating and monitoring service plans, maintaining required client contact, documenting billing, coordinating with external agencies, and maintaining electronic records. The role requires client advocacy, professionalism, communication skills, a bachelor’s degree, relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, background screening, and completion of required training.
